@Popehat This is what it looked like to me. I always love to hate on Trump-appointed judges when the situation calls for it, but defining what "immunity" means in the context of a plea deal seems pretty important.
I get that most privileged people get away with problematic, illegal behavior that results from substance abuse/addiction, but if #Hunter Biden committed any serious crimes while he was in the thick of it, the people should be taking a close look at what happened.

#HunterBiden was supposed to go plead guilty as per #PleaAgreementDeal, but from the start, #prosecutors & Biden's #defense attys did not agree on the #terms of the #PleaDeal. #DOJ wouldn't allow for #immunity from future additional #charges w/ regards to #tax charges (they only disagreed upon new potential #TaxLaw charges, nothing else). So #Hunter ultimately submitted a #plea of #NotGuilty. What a mess.
