This is the first time I've paired my #Playstation5 to my #ipadpro and it works! My internet connection is not that good, but it seems to be enough. Now I can play more games in my bed, not only things I have for the Switch. I don't like to use the touch controls, so I'm using my normal controller. It's not optimal, but for this little experiment, it's fine. Much better would be if I could use the #Xbox controller for better comfort, but I haven't tried it yet. #videogames

The #iPadPro is great and all, but I’m selling mine. I just did not use it enough to justify owning one.
- 4th gen.
- 256GB
- including Apple Pencil 2nd gen.
I’m currently in Germany, shipping within EU is affordable enough. It has always lived inside a magic-keyboard case, battery seems fine, lasts me about 1-2 weeks, so I’m guessing normal use is about two days? Keyboard-case looks pretty beat up, because it is white and I used it as a case, so I’m not planning to sell that case.

I have two #iPadPro models: 1st (①) and 2nd (②) gen. ① is now mainly a second monitor (#DuetDisplay).
Today, I wanted to take notes (#Notability) while reading on ②. I usually use split screen, but thought, why not try it with ①?
Turns out I like writing much better on ①!
Without a camera bump I don't need a case, so it's very thin. The thick edge on ② plus the necessary case is uncomfortable.
It's a real shame that ① is near obsolete, not accepting any OS after #iPadOS16.

I asked #Tmobile if they have larger data plans for my cellular #iPadPro, since I use it around #Chicago quite a bit and while traveling, and I don’t like being tethered to wifi hotspots anymore (try it, it’s amazing. But of course, you have to pay).
They upgraded my previous 5GB plan to unlimited for the same price ($20/month) ‼️
Then I checked Settings to see if the plan updated.

Excited to finally share this Soul project I made for @Pixar a couple months ago! I took a slightly different approach on this one and arranged all of the layers in Blender instead of positioning everything in code. The layers were all drawn in Procreate, and the AR effect was coded in Swift Playgrounds. (Also rewatching a Pixar movie for "work research" is the best 😅)

@steven_aquino I completely agree. Similarly, one host on a recent podcast episode was complaining that it would have been better if the #iPadPro had been left with no update, than to update it to the M2 chip without a redesign.
This is madness. We (including that same podcaster) have been begging for years for Apple to make more regular spec bumps to machines to keep them up to date with current processors. I’d much rather always have fresh updated hardware for when I’m ready to buy.
Sidecar worked great with my #iPadPro but now I feel like returning it because the signal drops off repeatedly in the middle of working. Never had these problems with third party apps.
Any ideas how to fix a constantly dropping connection even when the iPad is connected to same WiFi and over USB-C Thunderbolt #Apple approved cable?
