Not a good mental-space day, I've been angry, frustrated, and sensitive. Maybe I should be careful with what I wish for with the uncommon subsequent days off, lol.
Started my turnaround by focusing on a dinner that could've been quick, but I took my time and made sure my technique was tight and I didn't cut corners. Result was probably the most technically-proficient and balanced curry I ever made, which helped.
Still, it's probably for the best if I mostly shut up for a while here, after rushing to get settled in and established on the new account. Need to have a long night with friends after I manage to conquer the weekend.

I think I will avoid discussions of controversial topics in the English language. It is too poor and ambiguous a language.
For example, "love" condenses at least 6 different diffrent concepts in Greek and 11 in Japanese.

I've been learning to track good vs bad feeling states in therapy.
Conclusions? My mood is mostly an indicator of how close to #flow or #hyperfocus I am.
Currently hyper-focusing = feel good
Must wait a long time until can hyperfocus = feel bad

In October 1972, about the time of #DavidBowie's shows at #TheWinterland, #MickRock made this promo film of #JeanGenie starring the "Alladin Sane"-era band, Bowie, and "friend of the band" #CyrindaFoxe. She's dancing on the sidewalk in front of the Mars Hotel at 4th and Howard.
The clip cost $350 to shot/edit, about $2500 in 2023. Bowie made it for play on the #BBC when the album was released the next year, 1973.
