It took me a few days to get it working locally. My 16 GB of RAM wasn't initially enough to load the model, and once it loaded the samples below hit my VRAM cap (16 GB).
My son recently became an Eagle Scout. For his Court of Honor, I got a half sheet cake with just flat white icing (no decoration at all) and then created this candy mosaic on top with a candy coated chocolate called sixlets. It's been a while since I posted any mosaic, although I've been keeping an eye out for them. I find that the Zagar mosaics can be samey from a distance, but there are lots of varied details that reward closer inspection, as with this tiny out-take from a larger wall. Hand-painted tiles, repurposed pottery, extrusions of mortar, and bits of shiny things, like the collectings of a mischevious crow!

He looks like a living #mosaic. A green #iguana in his spectacular colors of the breeding season. In #Florida they are considered a nuisance in part because they eat a lot of #bird eggs. In areas where there are nesting birds there are usually at least a couple per tree waiting for the right moment. They sure are pretty though.
