What I'm trying to automate is the process of converting a bunch of image stacks into a panorama.
First, each stack gets blended into a focused image, and then the images get stitched into a panorama.
I've managed to focus all the images, and to partially align them to make the panorama - but the final alignment is proving impossible using only the command line tools I have.
So, if anyone knows how to fix this I'd appreciate any input.

Going through a bunch of panoramas I did back in the spring, I decided to run the original frames of this one through Autopano Giga in Little Planet mode. It required doing a quite a bit of post-stitch editing in Photoshop, but it turned out decently.
