St Dunstan-in-the-East, London.
Designed by Christopher Wren circa 1100 on St Dunstan's Hill, halfway between London Bridge and the Tower of London, this church has been added to and rebuilt multiple times over the centuries (as is common for buildings of this age). It was largely destroyed in WWII and the ruins are now a public garden.

From one #UNESCO World Heritage site yesterday to another today: the Royal Alcazar of #Sevilla which we visited during Semana Santa. Chills. These are the baths of the palace. You can really feel the Islamic influence in Southern Spain. This wasn't on my bucket list at the time, but it should have been.

I took these on a flight from San Ignacio to the Cayes where we were staying for some diving. There was no airport in San Ignacio the first time I went....a happy development for people who want to see both the jungle and the ocean on their stay.

When my mother-in-law was growing up, it was more like one of the photos in the B series. A series of rural villages called "kampongs," with the city a separate center. Her family left their kampong for an apartment in the city after the 1964 riots.
