Zwischenstand: #Diablo4 ist bisher tatsächlich so großartig geworden, wie es die Beta vorausahnen ließ.

Allerdings lief die Beta etwas stabiler. Hatte auf der #PS5 heute zwei Freezes (trotz zweier Patches), während der drei Betas nicht einen. Geht aber nichts verloren und Ladezeiten sind super-kurz.

Düstere Atmosphäre, unglaublich viele Quests und Nebenaktivitäten. Mega-Grafik, top Sound. Und gewohnt gutes Gameplay.

I’ll be livestreaming on Twitch at 3 PM (VE Time), playing Overwatch 2 on PS5 because this needs trust.

I am playing Lake to see what it's all about. So far it seems like a laid back story driven game. One hour in and I am delivering mail and packages (haven't seen a BT yet 😉) and having conversations with the locals. 📦

Who will upgrade their #Quest2 to #Quest3? Only idiots will. Quest 3 will have a Snapdragon XR 2 gen 2 GPU which means it is only about 2x faster than XR 2. This also means it is still 4 times slower than #PS5's Oberon GPU. Since PS5 can barely run GT7 on #PSVR2, it is safe to say that Quest 3 can never run any sim racing game. It may be able to run Grid Legend with PS2 graphics. But it is slower than PS4. And #PS4 can only run PSVR with no sim racing games. #gaming

Did I buy three years of #PSPlusExtra today? Maybe, maybe.

Jetzt verstehe ich, warum ich in der Kampagne von #BeatSaber bei Level 11 nicht weiterkomme. Der Song ist auf Hard und ich wollte erstmal alles auf Easy schaffen, bevor ich mich an Hard wage. Okay.

Dann ist die nächste Mission: Alles was ich bereits auf Easy geschafft habe, auf Hard schaffen. 😁 Dann sollte die Kampagne auch kein Problem mehr sein.

Ich bin auf jeden Fall ganz froh, dass mir das so viel Spaß macht, dass ich dadurch auf einmal mehr Sport mache. Auch wenn es eben "nur" Beat Saber ist. Mehr Bewegung ist mehr Bewegung.

One that's disappointed me so far on the #PS5, is Uncharted 4.

Way too many QTE's, way too many 'we have to jump across these buildings' moments, and the stealth mechanic slows everything down.

Alright, giving Jedi #FallenOrder another try. Let's see if it sticks on #PS5 .

Disney Speedstorm is such a lovely game. It's a wonderful kart racer. Highly addictive, lots to unlock and grind for, and one hell of a lot of fun when playing with friends online. Can't wait for the second season to start, which will have a Toy Story theme. 🙂

I know someone who bought a #SteamDeck. It's been month and he only used it to stream game from his PS5. Clearly there is a market for it. Especially if it turns on/off the console transparently

I personally like the idea of a "home handheld" because I almost exclusively use the #SteamDeck at home too. I like to be anywhere I want when I play a game

Played the intro of #ratchetandclank #RiftApart this morning before work. I’m so glad it finally came to #psplus #premium this month. @gbevin I tried this once but it seemed to want to charge my Dual Sense and killed my iPad in like 15 minutes. I was using it for #ps5 #remoteplay so maybe that had something to do with it. Worked great though outside of that.

This weekend I found out that if you connect a #DualSense #PS5 controller to your #iPad with a USB-C cable, not only will it perfectly work to play #games but audio will also be routed through its #headphone jack!

#GranTurismo7 #PS5 has continued to change my perspective on my own personal taste in racing games. Like, I *thought* I preferred arcade racers, but after really getting to understand the controls — which are immaculate on the #DualSense controller — I don’t know if anything below “simcade” controls and handling models make sense to me anymore. Pretty mind-blowing, honestly.

I’ve spent over 150 hours playing #HorizonForbiddenWest #PS5, and after finally starting New Game+, the soundtrack wrecks me even more.

The tutorial level features moody quest themes and foreshadowing leitmotif’s. And the slow, subdued Meridian music is melancholy bliss.

This game’s soundtrack and music systems were created with careful guidelines and Aloy’s emotions in mind. The result: A longing, lingering, lonely, lush, beautiful, intimate listen, with wonderful dynamic and emotional range.

Finally playing Judgment thanks to PlayStation Plus, and it's just what I needed right now. I prefer real-time battles in my RGG games; few things are more satisfying than some punks talking shit to you, then proceeding to beat them senseless with a conbini sign.

I just want the standard set of buttons, but with the membranes of an #NES controller.

I bought a set of #logitech F310's but the directional pad doesn't hold the cardinal directions well enough.

It's super important in #retro #games but the microswitch directional pads on #Xbox controllers are a travesty.

Anyone tried a #PS5 controller with #Anbernic #RetroArch #handhelds? Can they operate as USB controllers too?
