Ich bin sehr starker #Allergiker. Bei #Schäferhunden bekomme ich innerhalb weniger Sekunden Atemnot. Bei anderen #Hunderassen kann das etwas dauern oder bleibt bei einem "Kloß im Hals". Der Auslöser ist ein Eiweiß im Speichel. Da bekanntlich #Hunde keine Schweißdrüsen besitze, hecheln sie und geben so das Allergen in die Luft ab. Es reicht also, wenn der #Hund viele Meter weiter weg ist in einem geschlossenen Raum.
Mein AG teilt sich seit dem 1.5. ein #Büro mit einer #Firma, die Bürohunde zulässt. Bis Abschluss des #Mietvertrags war das nicht kommuniziert worden. Ich kann somit jetzt nur von #Remote aus arbeiten und dieses Büro nie nutzen. Damit verbunden null Kontakt zu Kollegen. Es wird nun allerdings intern besprochen, wie wir das Problem lösen.
Die #Allergene können übrigens bis zu 1,5 Jahre in den Tapeten, Teppichen usw überdauern. So hätte selbst ein #Nachmieter Probleme und das ganz unwissend.

It's so great that I have to go into the office today. Because instead of having a commute by train for 1 hour 10 minutes, I'm having a commute by train that is going to be 2 hours 30 minutes. And that's just on the way in. If everything goes well this afternoon it'll be 1 hour 30 minutes home, so for an 8 hour day I'll have spent 4 hours commuting instead of my "usual" 3 hours. Question for my #Infosec colleagues and a new security issue. Bought a used #Samsung A53 phone (I can't stand to pay more than $200 for a phone) off EBay. The advertisement said "Verizon Unlocked, Verizon KNOX By-Passed Phone will work perfectly. A master reset will cause Knox to relock." Since I knew that Knox was on the phone anyway I didn't think twice about doing a factory reset.
Come to find out that it was NOT Knox locked, it was VMWare Work Profile Hub, phone will not let me get past the registration page:
