Speaking of which, my other suggestions are #Emacs and #mu4e. #screen also; it's one of the few things that works well with the XON/XOFF that some real vt220 and such require. I do own a #Wyse WY55, #DEC vt220, vt420, and vt510 and periodically work from them. Amazing focus mode.

All Android #mobile can #display the #screen to a #PC using #scrcpygui (a PC #software) via just type C cable. So I guess it's not just about #hardware #support I guess 🤔. With certain #apps I think it's #possible for Android to #cast screen to a #monitor via type C #cable.

Fellow Thinkpad owners, my T440s screen is slowly disintegrating. Not only do I have bottom backlight issues, today a bright green vertical line appeared on the screen (it seems blue + red pixels are dead/disconnected).
If I decide to replace the screen, what are my options for home repair? Do I need to get the exact screen that I already have, or can I go for an "upgrade" from a later model, e.g. get a fancy 1080p OLED instead of this old ghosting TN panel?

The #MODS #theater #SoundSystem seemed to working much better than the first time, as I actually felt it at different points, unlike the first time, and heard a more subtle, chilling scream in the #SoundMix.

* I preferred #ircII over #bitchX. Later switched to #irssi.
* I used the #pon and #poff scripts instead of #pppd directly. Also used #wvdial occasionally
* I used #licq as #ICQ client.
And from those programs which I used in production, I'd say that either #xf86conf or icq is the one I haven't used for the longest time.
