This way, i can have my main profile, with everything reliant on #googleplayservices on my main's #workprofile, a dummy profile that looks real, and a #secure profile with only #grapheneos' default apps and ehnanced #security settings. Been using #grapheneos for about a week now and I just have to say WOW! I don't think I've ever had an experience on my phone that feels like I'm using my #Linux desktop/laptop. I need a suggestion for a good cable type lock that is actually secure. Most I see could be easily cut with a pair of bolt cutters.
The cable and one end of it must be smaller than 3/8 inch.
I don't care if its a key or combination style as long as I can feel it's secure and can't easily be cut or broken.

Makes me wonder if #storing #encrypted data say on a #Google drive is good enough? Or it's better to store it on a more #privacy focused data #storage.
As my current method to #store private stuff is:
AES crypt the file.
#7z the files so it's a group.
Then #AES crypt the #archive.
Then I upload it to say Google drive or one drive.
But the question is should I actually instead be uploading this to say a more #secure privacy focused one? Which is often more expensive. While say one drive is pretty cheap. Same for the many others online.
This is mainly private documents that one should keep but it's better to never have it stolen and read. Especially read. As it got private details
Today, a post got published to #reddit r/netsec, concerning a DOS and arbitrary code execution #vulnerability in #XML when parsing it with #Java's #XMLReader. Though correct, maybe hyperbolic: the problem is not limited to Java, and it's possible nobody in the field uses that class. When I first learned about it, years ago, I switched from automated XML parsing to dedicated #XPath-based parsing. That's more cumbersome, for sure, but also more #secure.
