Ich hatte auch mal versucht, #Simplenote auf meinem #Server zu installieren.
Da die Dokumentationen, insbesondere für Änderungen, wirklich spärlich sind, habe ich das Projekt gestoppt.
Vermutlich hätte ich es irgendwann fehlerfrei zum Laufen gebracht, aber ich hatte einfach keinen Nerv mehr im Internet nach den verschiedensten Konfigurationsänderungen zu suchen.
Ich bin dann auf Trilium umgestiegen. Das lief auf Anhieb und bis heute noch fehlerfrei 😀

Ich hatte heute im Laufe des Tages die #Projektmanagement Tools #OpenProject, #Planka und auch #Kanboard auf meinem #Server installiert.
Fazit:
Alle funktionieren; OpenProject ist für meinen Anwendungsbereich viel zu mächtig; Planka braucht, trotz der wenigen Möglichkeiten, noch zu viel #CPU- und #Speicherkapazitäten - #Docker Ressourcen eben ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Für das, wozu ich es einsetzen möchte, reicht deshalb Kanboard völlig aus 😀

Hay un directorio que lista los servidores friendica.
Pero lo malo que tiene puntuación. Por un lado es bueno eso. Por que al escoger un servidor de alli su puntuación es normal, quiere decir que mas o menos funciona en todos los días.
Pero pero si el servidor estuvo caido en los rastreo del sistema tu puntuación bajara me refiero del servidor y no aparecera alli jamas de nuevo.
Esa es la parte mala. Por mas que el servidor siga funcionando y trabaje no se listara alli.
Por eso dare 2 link para buscar servidores friendica.
1) El primer es directorio con puntuación
2) indexa todos los servidores friendica que tengan activada la función de ser indexado por este sistema.

Ein Django-Projekt zu einem #Docker image und einen daraus laufenden #Container zu gestalten, klappt ja am (Entwickler)-PC soweit problemlos. Der Transfer zum Home-Server mit den "save", "load" und "run" Befehlen ebenso. Doch am Home-Server stellt sich der sichtlich laufende Container stumm. Hmm? 😏

What do I have to do today if I want to host a personal site and some stuff. I get Github Pages and Netlify but I want something more barebones besides a single repo so I can noodle around with the server.
Is a Basic Droplet on DigitalOcean the most reasonable option for that? I don’t need the power of a dedicated server or VPS. I just want a small playground that is not a PC I host under my desk at home.

hi everyone, i could really use your help with this totally common and not at all obscure issue:
i'd like to install two NVMe drives in an HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8. this system has two PCIe slots, one x8 and one x16, and i'd like to use the x8 one for both drives if possible. i'm using a simple PCIe x8 to dual NVMe splitter card to do that.
now the thing is, that splitter card relies on PCIe bifurcation support. and apparently the x16 slot does support bifurcation, at least to some extent (even though HP disagrees), but i couldn't find anything about the x8 one. i played around in the BIOS settings but couldn't get it to work so far. It only ever recognizes one of the two NVMe drives that i installed.
so what i'm trying to find out is
a) whether the x8 slot on that machine supports PCIe bifurcation, and
b) how i can enable that.

@mmasnick I like my friends too much to ask them to use any of #Google’s services. (Except, maybe, for #GoogleVoice- but that’s because of #accessibility services that might be beneficial on an individual basis)
