So... my take on the #Steam / #Dolphin thing...
It's REALLY fascinating to see how #Nintendo talks to their developers about #emulation, even if it's all negative. We knew already from Digital Eclipse that Capcom was scared shitless of shipping Mega Man in a packaged emulator specifically because of them.
I don't think the IOS Common Key actually affects the legality of Dolphin. If Nintendo has some secret legal strategy to get Dolphin banned, it won't matter if the common key is there or not.
You can bet I #Steam-wishlisted Revanant Hill, by the way. I think it’s the first time I've done that for a game not authored by personal friends!
(Though I did meet the creators, briefly, at an indie games con way back when Night in the Woods was still in development, and can confirm they're wonderful people.)
