After playing a ton of #Storyofseasons Pioneers of Olive Town, it's time to wind down for the night. My days off were so relaxing, so I'm ready to face the upcoming work week. Tomorrow, after my workout I'll start playing Animal Crossing New Horizons again. It's time to make the project that I planned a reality, getting distracted by other games hopefully won't happen. So... I've finally done the thing that I thought would take forever in #StoryofSeasons Pioneers of Olive Town. I got Ralph to ten hearts, and saw his 9th event; that unlocked the proposal option for Ralph! Just near the end of my first Summer and I snatched Ralph's heart! They made Pioneers of Olive Town less difficult when it comes to building relationships with characters.
I made some decent progress in #Storyofseasons Pioneers of Olive Town. My farm is looking like a mess as I decide where the majority of production is going to take place. The bachelor I've wooed is almost ready to be proposed too. It's a small matter of upgrading my Farmhouse to the max so I may propose using the legendary Blue Feather. Ralph is an adorable nature-loving lug. 😍🥵

This was the drawing I did for Day 20 of Drawcember last year. Drawing holly branches was definitely a challenge. On reflection, I shouldn’t have drawn them so close to Iris’s face.
Probably one of my more anticipated games right now is Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life! When I was a kid, the original was my first farming sim/Harvest Moon game and I remember being so intrigued by its peaceful, slightly melancholy vibe.

Drawing for Day 8’s prompt. Took a little bit of a break. Like the last prompt, I ended up doing a remake of a drawing I did for the same prompt in 2020. This is the last remake I have planned for this year.
Iris is skating with her parents, and as much as she wants to try to do so by herself, she’s afraid she’ll fall down. Claire gives her some encouragement.

Day 7’s drawing is done. This one is a remake of a drawing I did for the same prompt two years ago. I included a few easter eggs in the original, and I added more this time around, because I can.

Finally finished day 6’s prompt. Even with reference material aiding me, this was still quite the difficult drawing for me. There are definitely some parts I wish I could’ve done better, but I’m just glad that I’m done with it.
Day 5’s drawing. This one had me stumped for a little while; my anatomy and perspective need work still. It’s good practice, though.

What I'd really like in #StoryOfSeasons and #StardewValley is if on the last few days of a season, when you're not gonna successfully farm anything from that season (idk spring 28?) the store starts selling next season's seeds.
I really think it would make a nice feature!
I think Rune Factory is an exception to this because I'm pretty sure I can buy all season seeds year-round. In rune factory it makes sense because there's ways to farm your winter crops in summer, etc.
It doesn't need to go as far as Rune Factory, but just some acknowledgement I want to sow my seeds at 6 am, not 11 am, (or not at all because there was a festival :blobangery: )
