Seoul has its own version of the High Line. In 2017, they converted this highway overpass into “Seoullo 7017” … a pedestrian bridge and pathway to its main train station. It’s lined with art installations. Even the roundabout car ramp for the former parking garage has been converted into an open air gallery for public art.
