Today is the first time since before I got sick that I felt strong. I managed a yoga session and a walk home on slippery, snowy sidewalks without feeling tired. I’m glad I took almost two months off from doing more than the bare minimum. I think it let me heal up better from COVID than if I’d been pushing myself. I’m grateful I was able to do this while also furious that most people I know are in a state of wage slavery and cannot. I recommend horse stance -- it's basically a static #squat #core #exercise which is good for lower body #strength, physical #endurance, improved #balance and stability, #flexibility #focus and mental fortitude while reducing stress and increasing #health
When I was younger, I used to do Tiger Claw arm and hand motion so combining these with horse stance is a great way to do #FunctionalFitness

I recall my warmup & conditioning routines from my martial arts experience. But I tend to overdo things and look for routines that someone smarter than me has made.
