I find it more useful to work with an overall direction (best #hopes; images of a preferred #future) when #coaching - rather than to speculate about "inner states" of teams or individuals. So far, I found #SolutionFocus (SF; origins in brief therapy) the most helpful approach here. It supports working in complex domains well (in the #Cynefin sense).
I sent all of yesterday with most of my #FLL team to support our sibling #FTC team at their State. The Tesla Coils took 1st in the robot game and got the Inspire Award (like the FLL Champion Award), and are heading to Worlds as well. My poor Co-Mentor is going to be running back and forth between the two team, but we are super excited to spend a week with the Coils!

Das Einknicken unter dem Druck vor #Sanktionen, welche die Teamleistung gefährden, war höchstwahrscheinlich eine #Teamentscheidung. Wenn an dieser Stelle das Team nicht (geschlossen?) zustimmt, stellt man sich nicht gegen das #Team. Sonst braucht man in einem #Tunier gar nicht erst versuchen, als Team zu gewinnen.
