#alanwake remastered review: the cinematics look much better - took some time to get used to the new face, but otherwise great. The in-game animations haven't changed, which makes the dialogue look off. But I'm nitpicking: the #videogame runs amazingly well, the gameplay and story still thrilling.
This was my first time playing the DLCs - feels different as they're more about elevating the gameplay mechanics than the story. But still worth playing.

Finally get to make a #videogame #archival post.
A potential lead has been found on cracking #imode encryption. An Android 'port' has been found to embed an i-Mode runtime and the encrypted i-Mode game. As it runs properly, it has to have the routines required to decrypt the files. Android apps are a lot easier to reverse engineer than the phone firmware dumps everyone else is working with.

Je découvre l'OST du jeu "Waterworld" sur SNES, adaptation du film avec K. Costner. La musique est composée par Dean Evans, qui a beaucoup travaillé avec Ocean.
Le jeu est médiocre, comme le furent souvent les adaptations de film en jeu vidéo, mais la musique est sans doute la plus belle de sa génération, tant que ça en devient étonnant.

Okay, I need someone on here who may be an expert to solve a vinyl and video game mystery.
Currently, Peter Cullen is credited as the first voice of Mario in the Saturday Supercade Cartoons. However, I have recently learned of "Donkey Kong Goes Home" a record released in the same year.
I need the EXACT release date of that record so I can know if it released before the cartoon did on September 17, 1983. If so, we could maybe correct a major misconception in Nintendo history!
