Wow, people get mad when you point out that they made a mistake in a #roulette.
To be clear, this person got mad because I said they "let me die" when they failed to #DPS an add tethered to me, resulting in my death. They argued, with marked indignance, they didn't let me die, they just ran out of #mana.

I can't really tell the substantive difference between, "I had no mana so I was forced to let you die" and "I let you die," nor do I see any reason to get mad at someone for saying that a thing that happened happened, but I guess I'm just weird or something.

If so, it's important to use hashtags. Hashtag searches are the main way people find posts on the Fediverse. If a post doesn't have hashtags, people probably won't see it in search results.
Don't worry about using too many tags! As long as they are relevant, it is fine to have lots of tags. Many put a long list of them at the end of the post.
Also, if you are using tags, it's important to set the post's visibility to "Public" so that the post appears in search results.
On Mastodon you can set a post's visibility by clicking the visibility icon at the bottom of the post when you're writing it (the icon looks like a globe 🌐 , lock 🔒 or @ sign).
You can set your default post visibility by logging in through the website and going to Preferences > Other > Posting Privacy, select the default you want and click "Save Changes".

Bi+ #visibility can be a strategy for our liberation. But we've copy/pasted it from the gay movement and because a bunch of things make bi+ orientations inherently invisible, we have barriers to a strategy of visibility that lesbians and gay don't have. We have to swim against the current to use visibility to our advantage.
On the other hand, if we could use our invisibility as part of strategy, with would swim WITH the current instead. Do you think using our invisibility as a tool for liberation is possible? This June, I will attend a #Pride event like I did last year. I do this to show to my local town that #asexual and #aromantic people like me exist and there is no shame in that. These are both identities that often tend to be "forgotten" even in very #queer spaces.
