A #Washington hospital gave my mom, a #cancer patient, #COVID. Most people in the ED were unmasked, incl healthcare /staff. We were masked. A nurse removed my mom’s mask to take an oral temp and did not replace it. I returned from talking to family to find her on a gurney in a hallway filled with unmasked people. I replaced her mask.
She was admitted and 2 days later she was COVID+ . She declined very quickly after that.
There’s no legitimate excuse.

Four month #COVID cases are up pretty significantly[1] - especially among the elderly (like parents and grandparents) who are dying at a much higher rate[2].
