These look to be improvised from generally-available parts, including aluminium-hulled skiffs, Sea-Doo (a/k/a JetSki), and impact fuses possibly salvaged from Russian missiles. Payload in excess of 350 kg, range of 800 km. Top speed "faster than anything else on the Black Sea".
Ukraine calls these "Sea Baby".
What the boats are not is electrically-powered drones, which someone had been strongly implying on Hacker News.
I'd also be curious whether or not fibreglass hulls (possibly fabricated by Ukraine) might have even lower radar signatures as compared to aluminium, though with wave chop detection's already likely challenging.

A dangerous thing about #AGI is that it destabilises international relations and calculus of war.
Destabilizing weapon systems are such which give an advantage to the side which starts the #war. #Nuclear #weapons were such before mutually assured destruction was constructed. Ballistic weapon shields threatened to return the destabilizing advantage to the side taking the initiative.
#AI powered weapon systems will not necessarily look like traditional weapons at all. They can take the form of deniable hybrid war, misinformation, mass surveillance and political manipulation. They can also take the form of collaborating, patient but quick and deviously intelligent autonomous weapons at the same time. We already have deniable drone strikes and hacking attacks which cannot be conclusively attributed to a specific state actor.
AI weapons are supremely destabilizing. There is no second strike retaliation possibility and massive, deniable warfare where amphibious tanks just rise up from the coast of Taiwan or manouver towards Washington D.C. are completely in the realm of possibility. Who to second strike against?
Tiny assassin drones which are capable of decapitating a head of state can almost be built out of consumer-grade components already. AGIs can make such things completely autonomous and deviously intelligent.
People talk about AI risks, but rarely mention this risk which in my opinion is both certain to realize and very dangerous.
And no, even if I say things like this, it doesn't mean I am an "AI sceptic". Quite the opposite. I am just saying that I hope someone is looking into all this because it's going to define our future.
In fact, getting a decent AI advantage is the best mitigation against this risk. We just need to push the gas pedal.
