For my No Title Witch Game, I successfully implemented a distance-based damage formula, and added some trees to the game, destroyable with Death Spells.
I still haven't fixed overlapping generation yet, so the trees and cats can be in the same square, but I like the look of that, so I may keep that feature, albeit I'll have to see if I can implement the tree protecting the cat.
I like Scratch a lot, with how simple and educational it is.
Applying an animistic perspective to Heathenry does a lot to change how you view the role of Gods in spirituality. It's easy for new Pagans and Heathens to assume Gods are the apex of everything because the God of Christianity occupies such a role in their theology but when you center animist ideas the Gods become part of a much larger web of relationships.

I fixed a couple bugs of objects generating out of bounds, and I think I fixed an event looping bug as well.
To-do list:
• stop object generation overlapping
• add some trees
• add witch houses
• implement distance-based damage formula
• cleaner message system
• begin work on long range mapping

My personal practice on the Full Moon is using that full energy to feed my mind, body, and spirit. I've done this for the past few years, and I adjust it according to the day/season, but the best part is that I feel filled, alive, like topping off for the next month.
For the mind, I try to learn something about my gods, I might read a research paper or memorize an epithet.
For the body, I will go for a walk outside, weather permitting, or make a nice meal.
For the spirit, I do art. Either a small, one day project, or I finish up a larger project. Check out my hashtag #FullMoonArt to see them.

#OnThisDay in #history - in 1692, Bridget Bishop, the first person executed as a #witch in the Salem Witch Trials, was tried, convicted, and sentenced. She was examined in court in April, but her indictment was delayed until June (due to so many other proceedings of the court related to the Trials).
After her indictment in the court of Oyer and Terminer, she was executed by hanging on June 10. She was about 60 years old.

Yesterday, I made additional progress on my Still Untitled Witch Game!
I finally managed to get multiple enemies on the field that interact with the sprites I need them to. I also got the Magic and Death Spell systems working better, working much like the old Star Trek mainframe game I'm inspired by.
A bit later, I'll change the damage system to calculate for distance and such. I also plan on adding obstacles next.
I made a bit more progress on my Still Untitled Witch Game.
I fixed a bug that caused the witch to shoot out of bounds, fixed a Death Spell bug (that's hopefully not just patchwork), and added a Death Spell count.
Next up will be creating and randomising clones of the enemy (cats at the moment), which was a little more challenging than I expected.

I made some more progress on my Untitled Witch Game, made in Scratch.
I added the instakill Death Spells (a substitute for Photon Torpedoes from the old Star Trek game it's based on), and added some prompts to accommodate for various actions.
It'll still be a while before I have what I want in mind, but I'm nonetheless happy that progress is being made.
Yesterday, I started work on a untitled witch game, made in Scratch.
Inspired directly by that old Star Trek mainframe game, I decided to go with a witchy/wiccan theme, using the provided and pretty assets. I've wanted to make a game with this theme for a while, so I'm glad I'm getting some work done on it!
It's VERY early, so nothing even remotely fancy yet, but I like that I've got some basics down.
